From NJ Turnpike North (Exit 16E):
From I495 take the last exit in NJ (Hoboken - Weehawken). Get in the right lane. Go through the first light and turn right on the next street - Gregory Avenue. Continue straight through the next light and go to the end of the street. Troy Towers will be directly in front of you.

From Manhattan:
As you exit the Lincoln Tunnel from Manhattan, immediately take the Hoboken exit which is the first exit. Continue straight through to the 2nd Stop Light and turn Right. Then turn immediately right again and travel up the hill to the first stop light (Gregory Ave). Turn left onto Gregroy Avenue, and follow all the way down as it becomes Mountain Road and enters the circle at Troy Towers fountain.

Parking
Park your car in one of the spots in the front circle - leave your 4-way flashers on. Enter the front door and ask the Concierge for directions to visitor parking.

Bus Terminal 4th floor gate #406
• $2.55 exact fare
• After exiting Lincoln Tunnel bus will travel on
Palisade Ave. Troy Towers will be visible on
left as you approach 24th St
• Get off at 18th St
• Walk east 3 blocks to Troy Towers

Note: #123 bus leaves Troy Towers front door at 7:22am and 7:58am weekdays. 5:30pm bus from NY Port Authority stops at Troy Towers weekdays. All other times #123 bus travels down Palisade Ave 7 days a week, all day and evening with frequent svc during rush hours.

Ferry

Port Imperial/Weehawken,

Hoboken/14th St
• FREE shuttle bus from Port Imperial or
Lincoln Harbor to Troy Tower weekdays

are about 5 min and under $10 to Troy
Towers
• From Hoboken you can take
NJ Transit #22 at Washington St to
Palisade Ave & 15th St, then walk to
Troy Towers

Hoboken and up to Union City/Palisade Ave
get off at 16th St at St John's Church

Note: Free weekday rush hour shuttle bus from Troy Towers to Lincoln Harbor waterfront, where you can catch the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail to Hoboken PATH
